| Dale is a life-long resident of the Madison area. He was born and raised in Middleton and graduated from Madison College with a B.A. in Business Management. Dale began his insurance career as an Agent at Penn Life Insurance Company. He then joined The Neckerman Agency in 1995, specializing in business, life and disability insurance. He has earned the Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation, which represents accomplishment and professionalism in the life insurance profession.
Dale has been very involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. He serves on the leadership committee for the Man and Woman of the Year (MWOY) campaign and was the top fundraiser in Wisconsin in 2007 for the Society. In addition, he sits on the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (IIAW) Industry Relations Committee, the Madison Rainmakers Membership Committee, and is a member of Sauk Trails Optimist Club. In 2004, the IIAW selected Dale as the Young Agent of the Year for his contributions and dedications to the insurance industry. Then in 2008, he was named IIAW’s Chairperson of the Year. Dale and his wife, Kelly, have two sons. In his free time, he likes to run and attend Badger sporting events. He has completed three full marathons and has run the Crazylegs Classic in Madison for the past 19 years. |
