Helping our clients with claims is the most valuable service we provide to them. When it comes to reporting claims, we ask that they be reported directly to our Account Managers or Agents during normal business hours so we may offer assistance and answer questions about how their claim will be handled. During non-business hours, we have an answering service which will take your call. A Neckerman Account Manager will return your call early the next business day. Our business insurance clients have the option of reporting their claim online through their personalized MyWave portal. If you have an active Neckerman MyWave portal, you can login below and report your claim directly to our staff online. For more information, contact your account manager at 608-238-2686. Most of our insurance carriers have 24-hour claim reporting services where you can call them directly and report a claim.
