POSITION RECENTLY FILLED (APRIL 2010) Personal Account Manager (PAM) The Personal Account Manager position entails providing our clients with advice on their personal insurance and answering policy related questions. This customer service role entails the use of phone, e-mail, fax and one-on-one contact with clients. We offer our clients personalized care by handling any issue in a timely manner, continually reviewing policies to make sure they are up to date, and being proactive on any problems we might come across with an account. The PAM follows through on an account from new business/quoting, writing applications to servicing accounts in any manner needed. The Neckerman Agency prides itself on the personal relationships with its clients. The PAM is an important and direct link in this relationship.
